Thank you for partnering with FABRICOLOR PVT LTD. Our Refund and Cancellation
Policy outlines the guidelines regarding order alterations, returns, and material exchanges for
our B2B industrial pigments and coatings.
1. Custom Orders & Formulations
For pigment dispersions or coatings produced to custom shade matches, solids content, or
viscosity specifications:
- Once production commences on custom specifications, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded,
or returned.
- We strongly recommend double-checking shades and requesting a laboratory sample run before
signing off on full production releases.
2. Standard Inventory Returns
For standard stocked inventory (such as standard base pigment dispersions or standard coatings):
- Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original sealed drums/packaging, and in the same
quantities as invoiced.
- Returned lots are subject to a 15% restocking inspection fee.
- Transportation costs for return shipping to our Mahape, MIDC plant are the responsibility of
the client.
3. Defective or Off-Shade Material
If there is a variation in shade alignment or solid content compared to the confirmed sample
specifications:
- Notify us in writing within 48 hours of shipment arrival.
- We will arrange a free logistics pickup, complete a spectrophotometer lab analysis, and
issue a prompt replacement or credit note for verified deviations.
4. Cancellation Guidelines
Standard B2B orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placing the order,
provided they have not already been dispatched from our Navi Mumbai manufacturing plant.
